Why can't I track my mail?

All Softly Mail Club orders are shipped using untracked postage to keep shipping costs as affordable as possible. Please remember that it is called "snail mail" for a reason! 💌

Once your order has been shipped, shipping updates will be shared on Instagram Stories and TikTok.


I haven't received my mail yet. What should I do?

Please allow the following delivery times after the shipping date:

United States: 5–12 business days

International: 2–5 weeks

Mail delivery times may vary depending on your local postal service and seasonal delays.

If this timeframe has passed and your mail still hasn't arrived, please reach out and I'll be happy to help.


What happens if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If your mail is returned due to an incorrect address provided during checkout, a replacement package can be sent after purchasing a new $8 shipping fee, as all postage and materials must be repurchased.

Please note that monthly editions are only available during their release month. Once an edition has sold out or the month has ended, it may no longer be available for replacement.


Can I return or cancel my order?

Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of Softly Mail Club, all sales are final.

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for:

  • Lost mail
  • Delayed mail
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect addresses entered during checkout

In some cases, lost or damaged mail may be replaced.


Are the monthly editions limited?

Yes! Each month's collection is produced in limited quantities and is only available for a short time.

Once an edition is sold out or the month has ended, it will not be restocked.
